Social Concerns Committee
Purpose: coordinates outreach in the social justice area

Knights of Columbus
Purpose: fraternal order of Catholic men that provides support for the Church and various charities

Meetings: 2nd Tuesday of each month
Legion of Mary
Purpose: promotes the sanctification of members through prayer and active works for the glory of God through Mary and the Church

Meetings: each Monday after 8am Mass
St. Joseph’s Cemetery Committee
Purpose: oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the Catholic cemetery

St. Vincent De Paul Conference
Purpose: provide service, assistance to those in need

Meetings: 2nd Monday of each month
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)
Purpose: program to assist those recovering from alcoholism
Meetings: each Monday and Friday, 6-7pm in Wonder & Awe
Alanon
Purpose: program to assist family members affected by the disease of alcoholism and/or drug abuse
Meetings: each Monday and Friday, 6-7pm, in Kindness
Habitat for Humanity
Purpose: to provide assistance in building homes for those in need

Respect Life
Purpose: advocates for life issues, as directed by teachings of the Church, and encourages participation in local interfaith efforts

Jail Ministry
Purpose: lead group prayer to those in jail
Contact: Sheila Hardcastle, 782-1303; Fr Jerry Riney, 842-7777
Meetings: Sunday, 3-4pm (women) and 6:30-7:30pm (men). Also, committee meetings as needed
Interfaith M.E.A.L.S., Inc.
Purpose: provide nourishing meals to those in need
Contact: Janie Pitcock, 799-6262
Meetings: Approximately every sixth Saturday morning
